You would be an influential leader within our Change Committee, owning and strategically managing our enterprise change portfolio alongside all other change activities across the firm.

If successful, you would be inheriting a team of talented individuals and established governance and frameworks - we want you to come in and bring out the best in both, ensuring excellent management and delivery of our change initiatives. You would also be coming into a positive environment where senior leaders are committed advocates for change and continuous improvement.

Our Projects and Change team has grown markedly and achieved a lot in the last three years. We are hoping you will join us, as our new Head of Change, and bring your experience and strategic leadership to take the team, and the firm, to the next milestones in our long successful history.

Further specific details about the role and responsibilities can be found in the job description attached to this advert.
