Our IT Team is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to play an important role providing first and second line technical support to our users.

The most common areas you will be responsible for are:

  • Incident Management
  • Service Requests
  • Application & Cloud Telephony Support
  • Production of MI Reports

This role will suit someone who is knowledgeable of ITIL best practices and committed to a continuous improvement approach.

What we’re looking for

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an ITIL environment.
  • Experience in producing MI reports and analysing support data.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk environments.
  • Experience with cloud telephony systems.
  • Proficiency in using and supporting Office 365 applications.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
